Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to take ownership of a specialist market with significant growth potential?
Manpower is seeking a commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Safety, Trades & Technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with experience in safety, trades or related sectors to build and grow a hybrid desk across both permanent and temporary recruitment.
You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while actively developing new business opportunities, building lasting client partnerships and becoming a trusted talent advisor within your market.

  What You'll Be Doing
  Business Development & Client Growth
• Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities within the Safety, Trades & Technical market
• Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Conduct market mapping, lead generation and networking activities
• Prepare and present tailored recruitment solutions and proposals
• Grow and develop existing accounts through exceptional service delivery and strategic account management
  
  Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and temporary opportunities
• Identify, attract and place top Safety, Trades & Technical talent
• Build engaged talent communities and proactive candidate pipelines
• Partner with clients to provide market insights and tailored hiring solutions
• Ensure compliance and onboarding requirements are managed efficiently
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
  
  Desk & Relationship Management
• Manage a hybrid desk across both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within CRM systems
• Drive client and candidate engagement through consistent communication and follow-up
• Ensure recruitment assignments are delivered to agreed service standards and timelines
• Contribute to achieving divisional revenue, GP and growth targets
  
  What We're Looking For
  Essential
  
• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  
  Highly Regarded
  
• Recruitment experience within Safety, Trades, Technical or related specialist recruitment markets
• Experience managing a blended permanent and temporary recruitment desk
• Knowledge of talent attraction strategies and candidate sourcing methodologies
• Experience using Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms
• Understanding of Awards, labour hire and workforce compliance requirements
